Privacy Policy for RoundGlow

RoundGlow: Game Scorekeeper ("RoundGlow", "the app") is provided by Jester Digital Ventures.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use RoundGlow.
1. Information stored on your device
RoundGlow is designed to work primarily offline.
Information such as:
- player names,
- player colors,
- game scores,
- game presets,
- game history,
- round and turn information,
- timer data,
- player statistics,
- app preferences
is stored locally on your device.
RoundGlow does not require you to create an account and does not operate its own server for storing this game data.
This locally stored information is not intentionally transmitted to Jester Digital Ventures.
You can remove locally stored app data by deleting it within the app where such functionality is available, clearing the app's storage through Android settings, or uninstalling the app.
2. Advertising
RoundGlow displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain information in order to provide, measure, personalize where permitted, secure, and improve advertising.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google services configuration, this may include:
- device or other identifiers, including advertising identifiers,
- approximate location derived from information such as an IP address,
- app interactions, including ad impressions and interactions,
- diagnostic information,
- information relating to app and device performance.
This information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners in accordance with their own privacy policies.
RoundGlow does not directly receive information identifying you personally from an advertisement click or impression.
3. Consent for advertising
Where required by applicable law, RoundGlow uses Google's consent management tools to request your choices regarding advertising and related data processing.
In regions such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where consent requirements apply, the ads shown to you may depend on the choices you make through the consent interface.
You may be able to review or change applicable privacy choices from within the app.
4. Rewarded advertisements
RoundGlow may allow you to voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-app benefit, such as temporarily hiding regular advertisements.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional.
Advertising-related data associated with rewarded ads is handled by Google AdMob and its advertising partners as described above.
5. Analytics and diagnostics
RoundGlow may receive aggregated information relating to application performance, advertising performance, crashes, or diagnostics through Google services integrated with the app.
We do not intentionally send player names, custom game names, scores, or other text entered by you to advertising or analytics services.
6. Data sharing
RoundGlow does not sell your personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with Google and its service providers where necessary to provide advertising, consent management, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and related services used by the app.
Google's handling of data is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
7. Data retention
Game information stored locally by RoundGlow remains on your device until:
- you delete it within the app,
- you clear the app's data,
- or you uninstall the app,
subject to Android system backup or restore functionality where applicable.
Advertising and diagnostic information processed by Google is retained according to Google's applicable policies and settings.
Jester Digital Ventures does not maintain a separate server-side database containing your RoundGlow player or game history.
8. Data security
RoundGlow minimizes the information it collects and is designed to keep game-related information locally on your device.
Third-party services integrated with the app use their own technical and organizational security measures to protect information they process.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children's privacy
RoundGlow is a general-purpose game utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
The app does not knowingly operate its own system for collecting personal information from children.
Advertising shown in the app is provided through Google AdMob and is subject to the applicable Google policies, consent settings, and audience configuration selected for the app.
10. Third-party services
RoundGlow uses services provided by Google, including Google AdMob and Google consent management services.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
